Bedroom & Living Area Add-On Services

Bedroom Refresh

  • Starting at $25-$35 per bedroom

  • Includes dusting, bed making, trash removal, floor care, and light tidying of visible surfaces.

  • Deeper cleaning of bedrooms is included in the Signature Home Reset package.

Additional Baseboard Detailing

  • Starting at $25-$35 per room

  • Includes detailed wiping of baseboards beyond routine spot-cleaning.

  • Heavy dust, pet hair or buildup may require additional time.


Ceiling Fan and Light Fixture Dusting

  • Starting at $10 per fixture

  • Includes dusting accessible ceiling fans and light fixtures within safe reach.

  • Ladders, fragile fixtures or high ceilings may require special arrangements or may not be eligible.

Interior Window Cleaning

  • Starting at $8 per window

  • Includes cleaning interior glass within safe reach.

  • Large windows, divided panes, heavy buildup, or specialty glass may require additional pricing.

Window Track Cleaning

  • Starting at $8 per track

  • Includes removal of loose debris and wiping of accessible window tracks.

  • Heavily soiled tracks or insect debris may require additional time.


Detailed Blind Cleaning

  • Starting at $8-$20 per window

  • Includes dusting or wiping accessible blinds.

  • Pricing depends on the number, type, and condition of blinds.

Kitchen Add-On Services

Interior Refrigerator Cleaning

  • Starting at $50

  • Includes removal of accessible food items, wiping shelves, drawers, interior walls and exterior surfaces.

  • Pricing may increase for heavy spills, expired food removal or excessive buildup.

 

Interior Oven Cleaning

  • Starting at $50

  • Includes cleaning the oven interior, oven door and accessible surfaces.

  • Heavy grease, baked-on buildup or self-cleaning preparation may require additional time.

 

Interior Cabinet and Drawer Cleaning

  • Starting at $75

  • Includes wiping the inside of empty cabinets and drawers.

  • Cabinets and drawers must be emptied before service unless light organization is also requested.

Interior Painting Add-On Services

Interior painting services are quoted based on wall size, paint condition, prep work, ceiling height, number of coats, and paint selection. Paint and supplies may be provided by the client or included in the final quote.

 

Wall Touch-Ups

  • Starting at $75+ / quoted after review

  • Includes minor paint touch-ups for small scuffs, marks or patched areas.

  • Best suited when the client has matching paint available. Color matching, wall repairs or multiple areas may require additional pricing.

 

Accent Wall Painting

  • Starting at $250+ / quoted after review

  • Includes painting one standard accent wall with client-approved paint color.

  • Pricing may increase for large walls, high ceilings, dark colors, textured walls or additional prep work.

 

Small Room Painting

  • Starting at $350-$400+ / quoted after review

  • Ideal for powder rooms, small bedrooms, laundry rooms or offices.

  • Includes standard wall painting only. Trim, ceilings, doors, closets and significant wall repair are quoted separately.

 

Standard Room Painting

  • Starting at $500+ / quoted after review

  • Ideal for bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms or similar spaces.

  • Includes standard wall painting only. Pricing depends on room size, wall height, number of coats and prep work required.

 

Large Room or Open Area Painting

  • Starting at $750+ / quoted after review

  • Ideal for larger living areas, open-concept spaces, stairways or rooms with higher ceilings.

  • Final pricing will be quoted after reviewing the space.

Home Organization Add-On Services

Light Pantry Organization

  • Starting at $75

  • Includes light straightening, grouping similar items, and wiping accessible shelves when cleared.

  • Expired-food removal, full pantry redesign, labeling, storage-container setup, or extensive decluttering may require a separate quote.

 

Cabinet or Closet Refresh

  • Starting at $75

  • Includes light straightening and arrangement of items in one cabinet, closet, or small storage area.

  • Extensive decluttering, donation sorting, decision-making support, or full organization systems are not included in standard cleaning services and may be quoted separately.

Add-On Service Guidelines

  • Add-on services are subject to availability and may require additional time beyond the scheduled cleaning appointment.

  • For safety and quality, Olive Branch Home Services does not move heavy furniture or large appliances, perform hazardous-material cleanup, remediate mold, handle pest infestations or clean unsafe biological waste conditions.

  • Painting services are limited to interior residential refresh work, including touch-ups, accent walls and standard room painting. Larger painting projects, extensive wall repair, high ceilings or specialty finishes may require a separate estimate.

  • Final add-on pricing will be confirmed before service begins.
